eSensor® 2C19 Test
The eSensor® 2C19 Test is designed for the multiplex detection and genotyping of the *2, *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, *9, *10, *13 and *17 alleles of the cytochrome P450 (CYP450) 2C19 gene locus.
eSensor® Respiratory Viral Panel
The eSensor® Respiratory Viral Panel (RVP) is a qualitative nucleic acid multiplex test designed for the simultaneous detection and identification of multiple respiratory virus nucleic acids.
The following virus types and subtypes are identified using the eSensor® RVP: Influenza A (generic), Influenza A (H1 Seasonal Subtype), Influenza A H1 Mexico strain, Influenza A (H3 Seasonal Subtype) Influenza B, Respiratory Syncytial Virus subtype A, Respiratory Syncytial Virus subtype B, Parainfluenza 1, Parainfluenza 2, Parainfluenza 3, and Parainfluenza 4 virus, Human Metapneumovirus, Rhinovirus, Adenovirus B, Adenovirus C and Adenovirus E, and Coronaviruses NL63, 229E, OC43 and HKU1.
eSensor® KRAS Test
The eSensor® KRAS Test is designed for the multiplex detection and genotyping of 12 mutations in codons 12 and 13 of KRAS.
eSensor® HCV Genotyping Test
The eSensor® HCV Genotyping Test is designed for the multiplex detection and typing/subtyping of HCV 1a, 1b, 2a/c, 2b, 3, 4, 5, 6a/b.
